The Dumpton School curriculum

Sport at Dumpton School

4 games sessions per week with matches on the 5th day. School offers between 10 and 15 different sports over the course of the year. Competitive teams in major sports from Year 3. In recent years the school has enjoyed national success in hockey, netball, sailing, swimming.

The Arts at Dumpton School

Art, music and drama are taught as discrete curricular subjects to all pupils. All pupils learn an instrument in class and two-thirds take extra-curricular instrument lessons from Year 3. Three choirs, orchestra and several instrument ensembles. There are some extra-curricular creative and performing arts clubs.

Wraparound care

School day and after school clubs are from 8.15am to 5.45pm. Minibus service.
