Bellan House is an independent prep day and boarding school for boys and girls (60%/40%) between the ages of 4 and 11 years. It is the junior division of Oswestry School, an all-through school to age 18. Bellan House fees range from £3,880 (Rec) to £4,780 per term (2025/26). Full boarding fees are £12,400 per term. The Bellan House curriculum
School curriculum is based on the National Curriculum and also includes PSHE, Spanish. From Year 3, the ‘Stretch and Challenge’ programme encourages pupils to set their own learning targets. The school offers each child a handful of extra-curricular academic activities or hobby clubs.

The Arts at Bellan House
Art, and music are taught as discrete curricular subjects to all pupils. Drama is part of the creative and extra-curricular programmes. All pupils learn an instrument in class and about one third take extra-curricular instrument lessons from Year 3. Choir, orchestra and some instrument ensembles. The school offers each pupil over 5 different extra-curricular creative and performing arts clubs.
