The Summer Fields School curriculum
School curriculum is based on the National Curriculum and the ISEB Common Entrance curriculum with some additions and variations. In pre-prep (R-3) most subjects are taught through a ‘creative curriculum’ linking subjects to a termly theme. The curriculum also includes PSHEE, French, Latin, Greek. Sport at Summer Fields School

The Arts at Summer Fields School
Art, music and drama (to Year 4) are taught as discrete curricular subjects to all pupils. All pupils learn an instrument in class and 80% take extra-curricular instrument lessons from Year 3. 3 choirs (Chapel Choir, Treble Choir, and Junior Choir), orchestra and several instrument ensembles. Each pupil may participate in up to 10 different extra-curricular creative and performing arts clubs.
