The Roche School curriculum
School curriculum is based on the National Curriculum and also includes PSHE, reasoning, philosophy, French. French week. STEM Week. Bilingual Spanish Reception class (Sep 2022) offers a full immersion ab initio stream where all lessons apart from English and maths are taught in Spanish, eventually to Year 2 or 3. The school offers each pupil between 5 and 10 different extra-curricular academic activities or hobby clubs.

Sport at The Roche School

The Arts at The Roche School
Art and music are taught as discrete curricular subjects to all pupils. Drama is part of the co-curriculum. All pupils learn an instrument in class and up to half take extra-curricular instrument lessons from Year 3. Two choirs, orchestra and one or two instrument ensembles. The school is one of the top 50 UK prep schools for the breadth of its creative and performing arts extra-curriculum.
