Parkside School is an independent prep day school for boys between the ages of 2 and 13 years. It has a co-ed nursery and will admit girls to Year 2 from September 2025. The Parkside School curriculum

School curriculum is based on the National Curriculum and the ISEB Common Entrance curriculum with some additions and variations. It also includes PSHE, French, Latin. Humanities (history, geography, philosophy, and religion) are taught using a cross-curricular approach throughout the school. Each pupil may participate in over 10 different extra-curricular academic activities or hobby clubs.

Sport at Parkside School

School offers over 20 different sports through the year, through both the curriculum and an extensive extra-curriculum. Competitive teams in major sports from Year 3. In recent years the school has enjoyed national success in football, hockey.

The Arts at Parkside School

Art, drama and music are taught as discrete curricular subjects to all pupils. All pupils learn an instrument in class and about one third take extra-curricular instrument lessons from Year 3. Two choirs, orchestra and some instrument ensembles. There are some extra-curricular creative and performing arts clubs.
